Peet’s Coffee: Peet’s Coffee provides a lone caffeine jolt with everything from seasonal maple lattes to cold brew right before travelers head into security. Lines are usually long so be prepared to wait. [Terminal 3, Level 1]

Terminal 3 (Post-Security)

Ajo Al’s: Since 1986, family-owned and operated Ajo Al’s features Mexican food with Sonoran influences. Highlights include chicken brisket tacos, mushroom blanco enchiladas, and flautas. [Terminal 3, South Concourse]

San Tan Brewing Company: If you’d like to linger and watch the planes take off, you can take in the great view while dining at San Brewing Company. Grab a beer and bar food while you wait to board your delayed departure time. [Terminal 3, South Concourse]

Shake Shack: Sometimes time is tight, especially if you’re trying to make a connecting flight, and you need to grab a quick dinner. Shake Shack is happy to help with the hunger with burgers, crinkle fries, and of course, shakes. [Terminal 3, South Concourse]

Phoenix Beer Company: In the mood to catch the last minutes of the weekend basketball game before takeoff? Phoenix Beer Company carries local brews as well as other drinks and bar food. The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Sunday. [Terminal 3, North Concourse]

Terminal 4 (Pre-Security)

Dunkin’ Donuts: Stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for chocolate sprinkled donuts and a warm cup of coffee. There is usually a line, but it moves quickly. [Terminal 4, Pre-Security]

Cheuvront Restaurant & Wine Bar: For a fine dining-ish experience head to Cheuvront Restaurant & Wine Bar for fancy cheese boards with wine or, if the moment calls for it, a burger. [Terminal 4, Pre-Security]

Terminal 4 (Post-Security) Gates A1 - A14

Zinc Brasserie Grab & Go: If you're looking for no-fuss meals, Zinc Brasserie Grab & Go has sandwiches, salads, desserts, and other packaged items to-go. This is a mini-version of the brick and mortar restaurant, but strictly for to-go items. [Terminal 4, Post-Security, Gate A1]

Olive & Ivy: Breakfast options here include yogurt parfait and bagels with cream cheese as well as coffee and lattes. Lunch items focus on paninis, with choices including turkey, cheese, or roast beef. [Terminal 4, Post-Security, Gate A3]

Blanco Tacos and Tequila: Tapas-style eats are a fun way to start a vacation. Blanco Tacos and Tequila features huevos rancheros and burritos for breakfast, while for lunch or dinner try the braised chicken, carne asada or veggie tacos. Wildflower Bread Company: Sandwich on the run, mac ‘n cheese for kids, and cookies for the plane are all available at Wildflower Bread Company. If you want to eat light, salads are also on the menu.
